Go to Settings → Sending Domains → Add Domain. Enter your domain, then add the provided DKIM and SPF DNS records to your domain registrar. Verification typically takes 15–30 minutes.
Go to Contacts → Import. Upload a CSV file with at minimum an email column. You can map additional fields like first name, last name, and custom tags during the import process.
The most common causes are: unverified sending domain (no DKIM/SPF), high bounce rate, low engagement, or sending to purchased lists. Check your domain authentication settings and review our deliverability guide.
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
Yes. Go to Contacts → Export to download your subscriber list as a CSV. Campaign reports can be exported from the Analytics section as CSV or PDF.
